Because I like to make things easier for my readers, all the programs I use in the explanations are freeware. (This means you get them for free, and use them for free.) You'll have to buy a domain name (about $8.00 a year depending on where you go.) and webhosting (hosting will cost you as little as $5.00 a month for a small site like this one, up to $15.00 a month for a larger site.
